By accessing or using FlyDroneMap (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Description of Service
FlyDroneMap provides free wind, visibility, and planetary Kp index data, plus a US-specific FAA UAS Facility Map altitude reference, to help with drone flight planning. Data is sourced from third-party public APIs and is provided for informational purposes only.
Not a Flight Authorization
Nothing on this Service constitutes, replaces, or guarantees any flight authorization required by the FAA or any other aviation authority. Airspace ceiling information is based on the FAA's public UAS Facility Map dataset and is informational only. You are solely responsible for obtaining any required authorization (such as through LAANC or FAADroneZone) and for complying with all applicable aviation regulations before every flight.
No Warranty on Data Accuracy
Weather, geomagnetic, and airspace data are provided by third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data shown, and we are not liable for any decision made in reliance on it.

Limitation of Liability
